She has extensive experience in Healthcare Accreditation and Process Mapping and Redesign. Promote Quality Health Care delivery through Continuous Quality Improvement. Diana is qualified in Nursing Administration, Midwifery, Community Health Science, and Orthopaedics. Along with her nursing degree; Diana holds additional qualifications such as MSc in Healthcare Management (MHCM) and Master in Business Administration (MBA).

During her career, she attempted to make the transition period for nurses in the private sector in the ME as smooth as possible by designing a preceptorship program for nurses in the Middle East. Encouraging Nurses to become Administrators with a vision by training Managers and supplying them with the skills and tools to manage in the constantly changing healthcare environment.
