Alison is currently Chief Nursing Officer, Kuwait Hospital, Kuwait, Earlier she was the Director of Quality, Risk, and Compliance at the Emirates Healthcare Group. She is also an assessor with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI) and retains the Advanced Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management. 

Alison is experienced in healthcare operations leadership, and as a Consulted/ tenured employee /she has a well-demonstrated history of working/strategizing in all sectors of the healthcare industry. Alison is skilled in projects and operations commissioning and maintenance governance. Alison has a solid background in comprehensively improving services for excellent patient safety cultures, sustaining high quality, and operational/clinical productivity within regulatory compliance.

Additionally, Alison has, broad quality and risk accreditation knowledge, logistics, manpower planning, and staff development, based on global recruitment, retention, and talent development. She has led 15 successful accreditations: JCIA (hospital and ambulatory), CARF ( Rehab, long-term and Home nursing Care), ISO 15189 ( LAB), OSHAD, and has been involved in many more. One of Alison's passions is lifelong learning and to this end, she has successfully designed and implemented Train the Trainer, Emergency Critical Care, Intensive Care, and Comprehensive Cardiac care courses both in this region and in the UK.
